Are… Are you serious? You are aware that, while not required to sign for selective service, we are still considered too weak and emotional to serve in the infantry if we DO decide to join the military? Obviously you have NO idea what a female circumcision entails. Male circumcision is the removal of a small section of skin, whereas female circumcision is genital mutilation, when sexual activity not only is not pleasurable but causes agonizing pain. Women are chosen over men because the percentage of male pedophiles as opposed to female pedophiles is much greater. Plus, more women tend to apply for child are positions, because as females, that’s what we’re generally considered good for. Men need not apply, they must go do manly things like fight in the infantry! Women who have experienced psychotic episodes are sentenced less harshly because they were not in their right minds at the time. Even women who have been diagnosed with postpartum have still been found guilty. Men don’t have any idea what sort of physical and psychological stresses women go through during and shortly after pregnancy. They can’t HAVE postpartum depression. Yes, sexism on both sides is still a prevalent issue, but you are a heterosexual white male, and the last person that can claim you are oppressed by actual feminism - which you are apparently getting confused with misandry.

Thank you so much for respecting my wishes to have a respectful, reasoned discourse. I appreciate your kindness and empathy. So, for starters, I am a pansexual white male. Second, I never claimed to be oppressed by Feminism, I merely suggested that it’s ideals can be achieved through fighting against all sexism, instead of fighting against sexism endured exclusively by women.

I do not wish to bicker back and forth about which gender has it worse. That was never an intention of mine. The specific examples of sexism towards men that I included were not meant to draw in sympathy, only to call attention to the sexism that is consciously ignored.
